Today one of our clients explained that a year ago their mobile app used to be a “BIG WOW” factor with buyers, but “not so much anymore.” She stated that it no longer has as large an impact with clients because so many of their competitors have also started using iPads as sales tools.
EXACTLY. Had she not been three time zones away, I would have hugged her.
If you’re not going mobile (in some capacity), you’re not going anywhere but backward.
